This six-day, five-night journey brings together the wildlife and scenery of north-eastern South Africa. Your first day takes you from Johannesburg to the trout-fishing village of Dullstroom. Across the tour, the landscape opens into the Blyde River Canyon, the viewpoints and waterfalls of the Panorama Route, and the bushveld of Kruger National Park.

A private game reserve on the Crocodile River adds another setting for game viewing. The journey includes bed-and-breakfast accommodation, tour transport and airport transfers, with Mike guiding a group of up to six.   2. Canyon & viewpoints · Blyde River & the Panorama Route

    A boat trip brings the Blyde River Canyon into view from the water, with the Three Rondavels and Kadishi Tufa Waterfall among the highlights. The wider itinerary also features Bourke’s Luck Potholes, God’s Window, Lisbon Falls, Mac Mac Falls and a reptile-centre visit. Mike confirms how these stops fit around your safari time.

The park is home to the Big Five, but every game-viewing experience unfolds differently and sightings can never be guaranteed.

    The private game reserve brings a riverfront setting to the safari experience.
