Cape Agulhas(Time Permitting)

Cape Agulhas is a rocky headland in South Africa’s Western Cape. According to the International Hydrographic Organization, it is the physical southern tip of Africa and the start of the dividing line between the Atlantic and Indian Oceans. Sailors have always considered the Cape to be a serious hazard on the traditional clipper route. It is occasionally referred to as one of the great Capes. Until the twentieth century, it was known in English as Cape L’Agulhas. L’Agulhas is a little town close to the cape.

The shoreline of Cape Agulhas is breathtaking, with a progressively curving coastline and rocky and sand beaches. At Africa’s southernmost point, a survey marker and a new ikon portraying the continent may be found. The shallow waters off the shore of the Agulhas Bank are known as one of South Africa’s premier fishing places.

The principal cave is one of the country’s finest, best known, and most popular tourist caves and attracts many visitors from overseas.

Knysna Lagoon

The Knysna Lagoon begins between The Heads, a pair of enormous rocks. These tower over the lagoon’s pristine beauty and serve as tough watchmen. Here, breathtaking views of the water rushing through the constrained opening provide the perfect scenery for your Garden Route tour.

All throughout the year, boat cruises and head journeys are made to these seas. Dolphins frequently visit this area to explore the warm waters. Then, from July to December, a number of whale species may also be seen. These curious animals (often humpbacks and southern right whales) may spyhop, lobtail, or even breach, providing a breathtaking display for onlookers from boats.

Tsitsikamma Suspension Bridge

The Storms River Suspension Bridge is a prominent attraction along South Africa’s renowned Garden Route. It’s important, however, to note the difference between the Storms River Suspension Bridge and the Storms River Bridge to avoid any confusion. Both bridges can be visited along South Africa’s famous Garden Route drive. The Storms River Bridge, also called the Paul Sauer Bridge, is an arch bridge that is easily accessible off the N2 highway. In contrast, the Storms River Suspension Bridge is located in the Tsitsikamma section of the Garden Route National Park in South Africa, about a 19km or 25 minute drive from the Storms River Bridge.

They are all lovingly cared for in the Elephant Sanctuary, and it is hoped that one day they will be released back into the wild. Elephants never forget, and with an experience as incredible as this one, neither will you.

The first Estate to be located so far east of the Western Cape is the boutique wine estate Bramon Wine Estate 2000c (250 ton Cellar).
